Jirisan Ventures Sdn Bhd runs two businesses. We build NADI, an on-premises observability platform for NVIDIA GPU fleets. And we deploy our own capital across artificial intelligence, technology, digital assets and real-world assets.
NADI GPU Observability Platform
A GPU that is thermally throttling still reports as busy. A GPU allocated to an idle session still bills. A single NVLink with rising error counters halves the throughput of every job crossing it. None of that shows up in standard infrastructure monitoring — and all of it costs GPU-hours.
NADI correlates GPU health, NVLink fabric, network fabric, scheduler jobs, tenants and energy cost in one pane of glass, entirely inside the customer’s network.

We invest the company’s own balance sheet across four related areas: artificial intelligence and deep technology, broader technology businesses, digital assets, and real-world assets — principally property and listed equities.
The mandate is deliberately narrow. We take positions in markets we can read from the inside, on a horizon measured in years rather than quarters.

Operating knowledge
Building observability for GPU fleets means spending our days inside the economics of compute — what utilisation actually looks like, where capacity is stranded, what a GPU-hour really costs to produce. That is not research we buy. It is what we do.
Patient capital
Enterprise infrastructure software takes years to reach maturity. An investment book on the same balance sheet means the platform is not forced to chase a quarter, and product decisions can be made on a product timeline.
Regional position
Malaysia sits at the centre of Southeast Asia’s data-centre build-out, and Klang Valley and Johor are where much of it is landing. Both businesses are pointed at the same regional shift, from different ends.
Jirisan Ventures Sdn Bhd is a private Malaysian company. We do not manage third-party money and we do not offer investment advice — the investment arm deploys the company’s own capital. The technology arm is a product business, sold and supported in-region.
